ECD Systems recently exhibited at the video game industry’s biggest event of the year. The Electronic Entertainment
Expo, also known as E3 Expo, was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center
May 18th–20th.
For an industry which is worth 11 billion dollars, it is no surprise that E3 drew over 400 exhibitors and 70,000 industry professionals serious about the video game industry.
“E3 is the ideal opportunity for ECD to get in front of our target audience, the game publishers and developers,” said Maribeth Mello, VP of Sales and Marketing for ECD Systems. “ECD is committed to turning the needs of the customers into viable products and there is no better event than E3 for us to gain exposure and gather vital market information.”
ECD’s exhibit space was located in Kentia Hall and was manned by 6 ECD employees. “We look forward to coming to E3 to see our customers as well as meet new faces,” said Matt Roberts, Software Engineer for ECD Systems. “For me, this was a great opportunity to hear in person from game publishers just how big of an issue software piracy is to them and to experience their excitement over the Digital Armor product. I was pretty amazed by the whole event!”
